WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY INVITATION?
We will be sending out virtual invitations via email around early December. We kindly ask that you RSVP by January 15th.
WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
The ceremony and reception will both take place at Bridle Oaks Barn in DeLand, FL. The ceremony-will be held outside (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will take place under a covered area. The reception will be held indoors with outside areas.
IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Yes! There is a parking area available once you enter the venue.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive between 3:30pm and 3:45pm to allow enough time to park and find your seat.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Cocktail attire. Think suits, shirt, tie and dress pants, midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. Please refrain from wearing jeans, shorts, and other casual attire.
CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?
If you received a plus one, you will be able to RSVP for yourself and your guest. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.
CAN WE BRING OUR CHILDREN?
While we love little ones, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event. We appreciate your understanding!
IS THERE A HOTEL ROOM BLOCK AVAILABLE?
We do not currently have a room block secured. Our wedding date falls during Daytona Bike Week, which means local accommodations may book up quickly and prices may be higher than usual. If you’re planning to stay overnight near the venue, we highly recommend booking your lodging early.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
This will be a smoke-free event.
REGISTRY
We are beyond grateful to be celebrating our wedding with you. We appreciate you coming from far and wide! Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you’re considering a gift, we’ve set up a honeymoon fund in place of a traditional registry. Your contribution will help us create unforgettable memories on our first big adventure as a married couple.
